Unless you've been living under a rock with no TV for the last year or so, you know that yesterday was an Election day. Not just any Election Day, but THE Election Day- for the president's job!
I just wanted to say "Good Job!" because it seems like there were tons more people who took their civic duty and responsibilities seriously and voted. Even if you don't agree with me, it is still your duty to vote. I am always excited when people I know speak on how important voting is to them. It produces a warm feeling in me sometimes because there's so much of the bad in this world that it's good to have a good moment you know?
For those of you disappointed with any of the results from yesterday, God's been teaching me something lately that I think can apply to this election. When bad things happen or things we don't understand why God allows them to happen, we need to have faith and be reminded that God allows these negative or bad things to happen to ultimately give Him greater glory! WOohoO! It may never be in our time, but He is rarely early and never late!
For those of you excited with any of the results from yesterday, pray that God will equip these men and women to better lead our country in serving Him.
