Dentures. I want dentures. I've said it many times before, and I'll keep saying it until the dentist finally listens to me. It seems to me they would be so much easier to deal with than what's currently residing in my mouth.
I've had tremendous amounts of mouth pain for the last week now, getting worse every day, to the point where I've now lost two nights of sleep. I went back to a substitute dentist the other day, since Dr. Tim is out on tour this week, who told me there's nothing wrong and my TMJ was just aggravated. Take some Advil for 4-5 days and use a heating pad when it hurts, and I should be okay. Well, I've tried Advil, Sensodyne, Anbesol, heating pads both wet and dry, and considering nothing's officially wrong, I'm about to revert to the 1800s and rip the suckers right out of my head! Suffice it to say, I think I'm losing weight since I can't eat very much. I guess that's one positive I can take away from this experience.
