This morning I started Couch to 5k again. I didn't realize how much I love and missed running until I was running again today! I'm stoked for my next run and pray my momentum can be kept up for the long haul.
The only real issue from this morning is that my new running shorts (the two in one kind with the bicycle shorts under regular shorts) didn't stay put like I'd hoped! I'd love to hear your input and suggestions for attire when you work out (if you do).
Also, if you work out in the morning, what do you eat or drink so your stomach's not empty but not full either?
